They are pricy but they have to fly everything in on a helicopter....
No alcohol allowed or served
They do have things such as eggs, burgers, and taco salads that you can ask without their bread.
Ok, we can all find something to complain about... ...it took 49 minutes for a cheeseburger and tater tots ...they only had sugar free syrup ...there was no ice for the fountain drinksBut if you take a step back and realize you're in the middle of the Grand Canyon, you really should be appreciative for: ...I was able to get a tasty hot meal after a long day of remote hiking ...I could have ordered bacon and eggs ...the fountain drinks came out cold, and I was totes thirstyThis is a great cafe, albeit the only cafe in the village. And if you gotta have your Pops, they can deliver
Place is great especially after a grueling hike to get here. Has the most incredible fry bread in the world. Place would get five stars if they were friendly and faster.
Great fry bread. Make sure to get a Supai Taco. So good!!!
$15 for a bagel sandwich and the service is awful.
It's the only game in town. But yeah the food is good. Mine seemed to take longer than most to prepare, not sure why. We had breakfast on our way out, totally worth it. Free WiFi.Remember, prices are high due to remote location.
Friendly and delicious
The pictures are of the view from the restaurant. Great people, great food after a weekend of 35 miles of hiking
I hiked into the canyon and stayed for 4 days. I love and respect the Native American people of all tribes. I appreciate and admire the people that call this place home. I would say to people that have negative experiences here, please be kind and appreciate them for what obstacles they have had to overcome to stay true to their culture as best as they can w/o much support from greedy NON- native people who overtook the USA. Haters - stay home. Be kind. I love these Natives.
The food is very good and the portions are decent considering where it is located, but talk about high prices! A hamburger by itself was $12.00 plus the drink $3.00... I do love the employees there. They were very very nice!
The food is fairly priced and served pretty quick when I was there. Great place to grab breakfast or lunch on the hike! Remember to leave packs outside!
Good food. Most of the staff is very friendly. One female staffer seems to enjoy mixing up the orders and then blaming it on the customers. I suggest putting your order in writing if you really want a particular item. For example, regular Coke versus Diet Coke. She will also refuse a paper plate and then give it anyway after she sees your reaction. All other staff is excellent.
Lousy overpriced food and miserable service. We waited an hour for tater tots and they had run out of most of the menu items including fry bread. I understand that this is a simple place but the prices should reflect that and good manners cost nothing. If they don't want tourists here, no one is forcing them...
Good food, spotty service.
Not slot of options but understandable fit location. Prices are actually pretty reasonable to. They have many different items and food here. Nice to have options when so far out in nature.
I'm not sure how good the food really is... But when you're hiking with a pack and it's crazy hot, everything in this Cafe tastes amazing!
Good food. Burgers, Indian Tacos and so on. Friendly staff and the only restaurant in Supai.
Clean place with delicious food. We had the Supai burger (hamburger inside fry bread) and curly fries and they were yummy. Good place to visit while waiting for the helicopter ride out.
It's food and you can eat it but it's slow. Said they opened at 7am which the door did open but cashier said 30 minutes before we can order. But on the other hand, not many other choices here in supai so I am grateful.
Pretty good food a little pricy
Simple good clean food. Nice service.
This place is truly a beautiful place. The water is so clear the waterfalls are spectacular. I really love this place.
Not bad considering how remote the area is
Best breakfast burrito that I have had....maybe it was all the hiking the 3 days prior but, it was great and just what I needed for the hike out of the Canyon. Much admiration and respect for the people that call this area home.
One of the best places you can eat down here you got to try it specially now that they're making it bigger and you are wow
Absolutely beautiful views. Well worth the hike!! If you flight out, be prepared to wait 7 hours
Delicious frybread, quick enough service and free wifi. Hard to ask for much more for eight miles down the Grand Canyon.
Ordered the breakfast plate with coffee, it was good. However, my friend ordered a bagel sandwich with juice. Juice was expired and bagel was green at the bottom. There's also a lot of flies inside and saw a roach or two. It is a village though- and this is the only cafe inside. I'll take it...once
Really good for the location. The bothers are taste so is the lemonade
Great place for a chili dog or fry bread.
They are just OK...Not many options around.. Don't try to improvise on regular menu...
Remote place buy gorgeous. An oasis in the middle of the dessert.
Beautiful place to visit.
Havasupai cafe has been remodeled
Breakfast burrito was amazing! Not the greatest service but the views and water falls make up for it twice over! 👍
Considering the circumstances and how remote this place is, it's pretty good. Be aware that they have a sign saying they only have 1 fryer, they often run out of certain food items, and it can take approximately 45 minutes for your food to be ready, so don't be let down.We did not read the sign until after we had already ordered and paid. If we had known it would have been such a long wait for the food, we probably would have left earlier to start our hike back up. Regardless, though, I understand that it's a luxury to have hot food down in Supai so by no means am I complaining. Just a word of warning to future hikers!
It was slow but suck it up. Food was good. Being amongst the Havasupai people was wonderful and I am greatful for the chance be there. The place is amazing
Food is not bad, but don't go if you are in a rush to see the falls. Took over 30 minutes to cook a burger and out of the three toilets they have, one was marked out of order, another was backed up and the third was clean, but missing the door, not a bad alternative to an outhouse though.
The food was okay. They sell basic American breakfast but there are many condiments to choose from. It's a small cafeteria and it's pricey.
Typical cafe fast food, burgers mainly and breakfast. Closes at 6pm. Coffee sucks, I'm positive it was instant. Employees mostly uninterested in serving you. I ordered a cheeseburger, the counter lady said nothing to me, just pointed to a sign that had everything listed they were currently out of. She never said a word during the whole order. The cafe is the only place in Supai Village eat a meal.
Opening times in the middle of a canyon do not follow a city, just be mindful of that :-) the coffee was good though and set us up for the day. The cafe is located right next to the helicopter launch pad in the middle of the village square.
Breakfast is until about 11am, but this time could be earlier than usual depending on what they have in stock. After 11am it is lunch items only. Hours are 8am-5m. Eat some food and support the Tribe.
We ate here before we hiked back up the canyon. Nice to have hot meal. Open at 9am with serving breakfast only till 11am. Many items on the menu. Friendly staff.
The breakfast burrito hit the spot the morning after about 16 miles hiking and before a day of 8 more miles hiking. The service was slow, but at least they paid attention to their customers. Adequate dining supplies and delicious food.
It may be a bit expensive but you get a reasonable amount of food and the food is good. I recommend the BLT. The Supai Taco is expensive but it's huge, could easily feed 2 people. The service was good. When I went there was no A/C, but it was still better then being outside. Looking forward to going back.
Newly made Cafe establishment replacing the old house where it originally was. Food was delicious coming back from a long hike in and also the hike out of the campground. Good middle ground to enjoy a good meal after a long day
The food was fast given how busy they were. We arrived around 8 am but many others trickled in behind us around 10 or 11 which was when we had decided to visit the cafe. Most people appeared to visit the cafe when they arrived so we waited for maybe 10 minutes before getting the food we ordered. At least three other families were sitting inside at the tables eating or waiting in food. The BEST Coca-Cola I have ever had was at this restaurant. I'm not sure if the mixture was correct or if I just found it That refreshing but the food was that much better too after 10-12 miles.I will say, the food is slightly expensive compared to your typical fast food restaurant. We spent about $40 for three meals but truly, it's more of a sit down refreshing meal than a fast food place and you don't have many options when you're 130 miles from the nearest town so the price does make sense in that light.I'm glad we came in.
Great little place to visit. The staff is as great as the food.
Havasupai tribal restaurant is a little slow and they don't have a large variety of things to eat but I did find their wings to be excellent nice and hot.you have a you have to have a lot of patience when you go to Havasu tribals restaurant or even Havasu Falls is on their time in their place just remember that you are in their place and it's on their time
*This is TWO MILES from the campground.* didnt’t realize this when I came to hike. The taco shop by the campground was very unreliable and only the small shop opened for about an hour, maybe two on only one of the three days I was there!!Honestly the cashier that helped everyone I was in line with was amazing! She had the happiest attitude out of all the workers/tribe members I met my entire stay. Our order was out decently quick, considering how busy it was and they only have 2 cooks. Yummy food and clean!
Fast service. Excellent food. Highly recommend the Supia Taco.
